Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP Partner Lauren N. Keilin will present Present “Primary and Excess Insurers – Friends or Foes?” on December 20, 2016. For this CLE session, she will address the interplay between primary and excess insurers including when a primary insurer can tender its limits and duties owed by a primary insurer to an excess insurer. The session will also address exhaustion and drop down disputes.
