Robert Marshall to Speak on Duty to Defend at DRI's Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute

Nicolaides Partner Robert Marshall will present "Recent Developments in the Duty to Defend" during the Defense Research Institute's Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute (“ICCI”) in April 2014.

ICCI will present attendees real-world insights on recent developments in foundational insurance law concepts, such as the tripartite relationship and good faith claims handling during the conference being held April 2-4, 2014. The Institute will also address hot topic issues poised to impact the legal landscape, including 2013 changes to the ISO Forms and the emergence of Coverage B “super-exclusion.”
