Sam’s practice focuses on supporting insurance companies in high-exposure coverage disputes. Drawing on his transactional experience, Sam performs detailed analysis of insurance policy and claims. Sam assists in representing the firm's insurance clients on a variety of matters, including all aspects of coverage analysis.

Before Nicolaides

Previously, Sam worked for a Fortune 500 company where he focused on drafting and negotiating various agreements and complex commercial contracts. While in law school, he served as the representative for students in the LLM program and was a captain of University of Denver’s 2023 ABA Tax Challenge team.   

Outside Nicolaides

Sam is an avid long-distance runner. He also enjoys travel, exploring Denver’s restaurant offerings, and attending concerts in cities across the country.
