Nick represents insurance companies in complex litigation at the state and federal levels. He draws from his years of experience providing coverage analysis and counseling to commercial line insurers to advise the firm’s clients on matters involving questions of coverage, Stowers liability, and bad faith claims.

Before Nicolaides
Nick represented clients throughout the United States in complex litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage, as an associate at a full-service commercial law firm. Before that, Nick served as an associate at a national law firm where he focused his practice on providing counsel to insurers on matters involving questions of coverage, Stowers liability, and bad faith claims.
Prior to private practice, Nick clerked for the Honorable Magistrate Irma Ramirez of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the Honorable Amos L. Mazzant of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
Nick was an Order of the Coif member and served as a comment editor for the SMU Law Review while at SMU Dedman School of Law, where he graduated in the top 4% of his class.
Outside Nicolaides
As a Certified Fitness Instructor with a 50-hour accreditation, Nick stays active outside of the office by taking and teaching yoga and fitness classes. He also enjoys traveling to, discovering, and hiking around new terrain.
