Nicho brings a wealth of experience in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution to Nicolaides. He supports insurance clients with intricate coverage matters under policies such as Commercial General Liability, Workers Compensation and Employment Liability, Directors and Officers, and Umbrella coverage. 
Prior to joining Nicolaides, Nicho served as a Claims Manager for the Healthcare Management Liability division of a London-based specialty insurer. In this role, he played a key part in revising policy language to address evolving risks in the healthcare sector, including Antitrust, COVID-19 vaccine disputes, and digital privacy issues such as those involving BIPA and Meta Pixel.
 
During law school, Nicho served as Articles Editor and Associate Editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law and Social Policy and was a competition advisor and coach for the Moot Court Society. He served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Michael Otto in the Law Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County and as a small claims mediator.

Outside Nicolaides

Nicho enjoys theater, board games, history, politics, and philosophy. While attending the University of Chicago, Nicho was a company member in the Dean’s Men Theater Company.
