Before Nicolaides

Before joining Nicolaides, Kristen worked as an associate at an Oklahoma-based firm, where she represented policyholders in bad faith and breach of contract claims. Kristen also has a strong background in litigation, representing plaintiffs in employment claims under Title VII and the Illinois Human Rights Act.

During law school, she served as Vice President of Chicago-Kent's Moot Court Honor Society, was a member of the Chicago-Kent Honors Scholars Program, and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.

Outside Nicolaides

In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, singing and recording music, and running.
