Joe helps represent and provide counsel to the firm’s insurance company clients on an array of high-exposure coverage disputes and claim-related matters. 

Before Nicolaides

Joe served as a law clerk and paralegal while obtaining his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law. While at Hastings, Joe worked in the Individual Representation Clinic, aiding clients in their wage and hour claims and preparing them for trial.

Prior to that, Joe served as a claims representative for a home repair and maintenance subscription service, where he was responsible for overseeing coverage claims on behalf of customers and service providers. 

Outside Nicolaides

Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, exploring the Bay Area. Joe, who travels when he can, is an avid scuba diver, with his favorites being Palau and the Maldives. When time allows, Joe also works on shaving down his golf handicap.
