Evan focuses his practice in the area of insurance coverage litigation. Evan supports our insurance coverage team by serving insurers and reinsurers in high-stakes litigation and arbitration matters. Evan represents our clients in matters relating to a broad range of insurance products, including energy-related claims, environmental pollution claims, first party property damage, life insurance, product liability, public entity liability, technology, and intellectual property.

Before Nicolaides

Previously, Evan was an associate at a Chicago-based insurance coverage firm where he represented domestic and international insurers in complex and high-stakes insurance coverage litigation. Evan also regularly counseled his insurance carrier clients on sophisticated coverage issues under a variety of lines of insurance. Prior to that, Evan worked at a boutique litigation firm in Chicago where he gained valuable litigation experience in a broad range of practice areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, and commercial litigation. 

Outside Nicolaides

Outside of the office, Evan enjoys traveling and spending time with his family. Evan also enjoys golfing, bowling, and watching football.
