BIOGRAPHY
Conor focuses his practice on analysis and litigation regarding coverage determinations, claims handling, settlement negotiations, allocation issues, bad faith avoidance, and policy rights and obligations.
He provides counsel to primary and excess insurers on issues related to coverage and claims, such as those arising out of the following types of coverage:

Before Nicolaides
Conor previously worked at two national law firms, where he was a member of the firms’ insurance and litigation practice groups. Before his law firm experience, Conor handled matters involving commercial directors and officers, fiduciary liability, bankers professional liability, venture capitalist, asset management, and insurance company professional liability policies for a global insurance company.Outside Nicolaides
