BIOGRAPHY
Allison advises firm clients on complex insurance coverage disputes and claims analysis, leveraging her litigation experience to develop effective legal strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Allison honed her litigation skills at a regional law firm in Northwest Indiana, focusing her practice on medical malpractice defense, federal Section 1983 claims, and other general civil litigation matters.
In law school, Allison was a Dean’s Writing Fellow and served as the Senior Managing Editor for the Indiana Journal of Law and Social Equality.

- Successfully argued and secured summary judgment on behalf of a physician in a medical malpractice action based on the statute of limitations.
- Obtained summary judgment on behalf of a state defendant in a federal Section 1983 lawsuit alleging deliberate indifference under the Eighth Amendment.
- Contributed to securing a defense verdict for a physician and physician assistant following a four-day medical malpractice jury trial in Indiana state court.
