Patricia A. Daza-Luu Named to Daily Journal's 2021 Top 40 Under 40 in California

Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Patricia represents insurers in state and federal courts in a wide range of complex coverage and litigation matters. Her experience spans first-party bad faith lawsuits implicating fact-intensive fraud issues to high-exposure excess claims involving opioid and fire-related liabilities to contentious environmental/toxic tort matters with competing coverage considerations. The areas in which Patricia’s practice encompasses include intellectual property, technology and media, cyber liability, primary and excess general liability, bad faith, professional liability, environmental liabilities, construction defect, policy drafting and claims management, fee disputes, and trial monitoring.
