Nicolaides Welcomes 2024 Summer Associates
Nicolaides is happy to introduce our 2024 summer associate class. Christina Bailey, Lauren Ferrie, Wesley Olin, Tristan Robinson, Ishani Sachdeva, Ryan Shearson, and Shriya Senguttuvan will join Nicolaides for the summer to gain first-hand experience in the practice of law, develop their professional skills, and immerse themselves in the unique aspects of insurance law.
Christina Bailey (Chicago) attends Chicago-Kent College of Law where she actively participates in the Law Review and serves as the Treasurer of the Student Bar Association. Christina holds a B.S. in Psychology, with minors in Biology and Sociology, from the University of Toronto.
Lauren Ferrie (Dallas) is a student at SMU Dedman School of Law. She is a recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship and is a member of the Women in Law and Health Law Associations. Lauren completed her B.A. in Criminology & Criminal Justice and Public Relations at The University of Alabama.
Wesley Olin (San Diego) is a second-year law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. His background includes clerking at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and working as a special education teacher. Wesley is actively involved in Moot Court and is a merit-based scholarship recipient. He graduated with a B.A. in English Literature and Spanish Language from John Carroll University.
Tristan Robinson (Denver) is a student at the University of Colorado Law School. He serves as a Staff Writer for the Environmental Law Journal and is the Treasurer of the Environmental Law Society. Tristan completed his B.S. in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of North Carolina.
Ishani Sachdeva (Chicago) studies at Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is involved in various organizations including Moot Courts, the Business and Law Society, Intellectual Property Association, APALSA, and the Women’s Law Caucus. Ishani has prior experience as a Legal Policy Intern for the New York City Bar Association. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Seton Hall University.
Ryan Shearson (San Francisco), a second-year law student at the University of Arizona, is a member of the Arizona Law Journal of Emerging Technologies, Co-Founder and Co-President of the Science, Technology and Law Club, and a member of the LGBT Bar Association. Ryan earned his B.A. in Cognitive Systems from the University of British Columbia.
Shriya Senguttuvan (Dallas) pursues her legal studies at SMU Dedman School of Law. She is an active member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association, Family Law Association, and Women in Law. She holds a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from Texas A&M University.
