Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is pleased to announce the election of two partners, Patricia Daza-Luu and Amy Klie, effective January 1, 2021.

About the Partners
Patricia Daza-Luu has more than 12 years’ experience representing insurers in a wide range of complex coverage and litigation matters in state and federal courts in many areas, including intellectual property, technology and media, cyber liability, primary and excess general liability, bad faith, professional liability, environmental liabilities, construction defect, policy drafting and claims management, fee disputes, and trial monitoring. She is an active member of the community, serving as a member of the Women in Law Empowerment Forum, the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Defense Research Institute.
Amy Klie has more than 20 years of experience in commercial litigation with an emphasis on insurance coverage. Amy manages complex matters for insurers nationwide. She has litigated a wide range of claims, including those with respect to the following focus areas: environmental, product defects, construction defects, sexual harassment and misconduct, personal and advertising injury, directors and officers (D&O) liability, bad faith, and appeals. Amy is a member of both the Illinois Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
