Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP, a leading insurance boutique, today announced its continued expansion with the addition of Kimberly A. Hartman as a partner in its national Appellate Practice.

Based in Chicago, Ms. Hartman represents litigants during the post-trial and appellate stages of civil litigation in a variety of areas, including construction, product liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, and first-party property. She has prosecuted and defended appeals in numerous federal and state courts, bringing a record of successful briefing and oral arguments in actions spanning the country.

Prior to joining Nicolaides, Ms. Hartman was a partner at Clausen Miller.  She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law and earned a B.A., cum laude, from Clemson University Calhoun Honors College.
