Cody Moon and Wen Cheng Speak at DRI Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute

On April 7, 2017, Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP partners Cody S. Moon and Wen-Shin Cheng will present “A Practitioner's Approach to Interpleader and Intervention” to more than 400 attendees at DRI's Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute held in Chicago, April 5-7, 2017.

During the presentation on April 7, Cody and Wen will discuss situations when intervention and interpleader can assist the insurer's resolution of the underlying case, where factual determinations are required to determine coverage or demands contain conditions outside the insurer's knowledge or control.
