New Missouri Legislation Protects Insurers from Unreasonable Arbitration Awards and Findings

Missouri’s Governor recently signed into law House Bill 345, which repeals and replaces RSMo Sections 435.415 and 537.065. In a recent Insurance Journal article, Cody S.
