Monica Sullivan to Speak at TIPS

Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP Partner Monica Sullivan will speak as a panelist at the American Bar Association's (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance (TIPS) CLE on January 26, 2017. This CLE will address the role that insurance plays in attempting to resolve product liability claims and the key issues involved in determining whether a product liability claim is covered.  

Monica focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation and arbitration, maintaining an international client base that seeks her counsel on matters including pharmaceutical claims, environmental claims, construction claims and product liability issues. She also counsels a diversified client base in claims administration and policy analysis matters.
