Monica Sullivan, Jodi Green, and Meaghan Sweeney Author Law360 Article Examining Latest Ruling on Insurer Liability in Opioid-Related Lawsuits

Monica T. Sullivan, Jodi S. Green, and Meaghan A. Minalt have authored an article for Law360, titled “Ohio Ruling Adds To Insurance Uncertainty For Opioid Suits.”  In this article, the authors examine significant court decisions relating to insurance coverage for opioid lawsuits, including the recent ruling from the First Appellate District of Ohio, which examined two key issues:  (1) whether lawsuits brought by government entities seek damages “because of” bodily injury; and (2) the applicability of prior knowledge coverage provisions.  For the full article, please see the link below.
