Leading the Pack: Law360 Again Names Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP as One of the Best Law Firms for Female Attorneys

For the second consecutive year, Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP has been recognized in Law360's 2019 Glass Ceiling Report as one of a select group of firms in the United States "leading the pack in representing women at all levels." Ranking second in the category for firms with 50-149 attorneys, Nicolaides was acknowledged for having a "higher representation of women than [its] peers." With 60 attorneys in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, and White Plains, the Nicolaides team is comprised of 32 women, including 16 partners. According to the survey, the national average for women lawyers is 36.3 percent, and 24.8 percent for women partners. Nicolaides exceeds the national average across the board with 54.1 percent women attorneys, including 45.2 percent women partners. Law360 has also featured two of the firm's founding partners, Monica T. Sullivan and Sara M. Thorpe, as "Female Powerbrokers," a series recognizing women leaders such as founding partners, managing partners, and chief legal officers.
