Kelly Stoltz to Speak at DRI Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium
Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP partner Kelly Stoltz will present “Ethical Considerations of Defending the Uncooperative Insured," at the Defense Research Institute's annual Insurance Coverage and Practice Symposium on December 8, 2017, in New York. Kelly will co-present during DRI's flagship seminar for coverage counsel, defense counsel, and claims professionals.
Kelly focuses her practice on complex commercial liability, environmental liability, and construction defect coverage issues and bad faith litigation. Kelly has successfully represented insurance clients in coverage disputes before state and federal courts throughout the country. Kelly works closely with insurance industry clients to identify and implement the most effective means for expedient resolution of coverage disputes, whether through dispositive motion practice, trial, appellate review, or settlement, and with special attention to jurisdiction-specific issues like those present in Missouri, Florida, and Arizona.
