Katherine Mast to Speak at ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE

Firm Partner Katherine E. Mast will speak at the American Bar Association's Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar being held in Tucson, Ariz. on March 3, 2017.

Katherine will present “Whistling Past the Graveyard: Obtaining Insurance Coverage for Whistleblower Complaints and Retaliation Claims,” and will address coverage issues under different types of policies that may be implicated by issues arising from whistleblower claims brought under various statutes.
