Nicolaides LLP's Bob Marshall presented RECENT DEVELOPMENTS IN THE DUTY TO DEFEND at the Defense Research Institute's Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute (“ICCI”) in Chicago, Illinois.

The ICCI presented attendees real-world insights on recent developments in foundational insurance law concepts, such as the tripartite relationship and good faith claims handling during the conference held April 2-4, 2014. The Institute also addressed hot topic issues poised to impact the legal landscape, including the 2013 changes to the ISO Forms and the emergence of the Coverage B “super-exclusion.”
