Daniel Graham, Jr. to Speak on Arbitration Clauses at Annual DRI Conference

Nicolaides LLP partner Daniel I. Graham, Jr. will present "Whose Business Is It Anyway?: The Federal Arbitration Act, the McCarran-Ferguson Act, and the Enforcement of Insurance Policy Arbitration Clauses" at DRI's annual Insurance Coverage and Claims Institute, being held March 25-27, 2015.

Dan will present on the interplay between the Federal Arbitration Act and the McCarran-Ferguson Act, and explored the factors courts weigh in determining whether an insurance policy's arbitration clause can be enforced – an often hotly disputed issue.
