On March 22, 2017, Cody S. Moon and Wen-Shin Cheng will host "How to Crash (or Leave) the Party: A Practitioner’s Approach to Interpleader and Intervention."

During this presentation, Cody and Wen will discuss situations when intervention and interpleader can assist the insurer’s resolution of the underlying case, where factual determinations are required to determine coverage or demands contain conditions outside the insurer’s knowledge or control.
