California Insurance Law Year in Review 2022

On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, Tamiko A. Dunham and Sara M. Thorpe will be panelists for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s “California Insurance Law Year in Review – 2022.” The annual program, hosted by the Insurance Law Section, will cover key developments in California insurance law during 2022. Key topics include: 

• New developments in California law on coverage for COVID-19 losses;
• The evolving definition of an accident;
• Coverage for cases alleging privacy violations; and
• California’s new statute on time-limited settlement offers.

The panel is eligible for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit.
