California Insurance Law Year in Review 2021

On Wednesday, January 26, 2022, Sara M. Thorpe will be a panelist for the Bar Association of San Francisco’s “California Insurance Law Year in Review – 2021.” The annual program, hosted by the Insurance Law Section, will cover key developments in California insurance law during 2021. Key topics include:

• emerging caselaw around coverage for COVID-19-related losses;
• developments in the standard for bad faith; and
• consumer protections in life insurance and home.

The panel is eligible for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit.
