Tamiko A. Dunham (partner, San Francisco) will discuss risk mitigation strategies on a panel for the Claims Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance Annual Conference on Thursday, April 4 in San Francisco, California. 
 
In “Mitigate the Risk: Identifying and Combatting Emerging Tactics Aimed to Increase Recovery,” Tamiko will join co-panelists Lauren Kim of NFP Corp., Rachel Kim of Sompo International Insurance, Jully Rojas of Starr Companies, and Wakako Uritani of Lorber Greenfield & Polito to educate claims adjusters and counsel on various tactics used by plaintiffs to increase recovery in complex claims. This will include insights on how to strategically address issues involving policy limits demands, litigation funding, and event-driven claims.
