Richard H. Nicolaides, Jr. and Matthew J. Fink Kick Off the Spring Semester with Their Insurance Law Courses

January 22, 2024 marks the first day of classes for students at the Duke University School of Law and University of the Wyoming College of Law enrolled in the Insurance Law courses taught by Richard H. Nicolaides, Jr. (Managing Partner, Chicago) and Matthew J. Fink (Partner, Denver).
  
The Insurance Law courses are designed to provide law school students with an understanding of basic insurance law concepts, as well as a practical understanding of insurance theory and the significance of insurance in risk management and risk transfer; the business of insurance, including the roles of the various players and the nature of various insurance products; principles of insurance contract construction and application; and some of the more frequently disputed insurance coverage issues.
