Katherine E. Mast Speaks on Additional Insured Coverage

On April 24, 2015, Katherine Mast and other panel members presented a webinar titled “Additional Insured Coverage: Avoiding Liability and Indemnification Pitfalls” sponsored by American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (ALI CLE), a nationwide continuing legal education provider. The webinar was attended by attorneys from insurance companies, law firms and various businesses. 

The webinar examined issues that arise in the context of additional insured coverage, including navigating additional insured forms, determining the scope of coverage provided and the applicable limits of liability, and reconciling additional insured coverage with non-insurance defense and indemnity obligations.
