Firm Elects New Partners

Nicolaides Fink Thorpe Michaelides Sullivan LLP is pleased to announce the election of Jessica Cavallo, Jodi S. Green, and Christopher J. Nadeau to the firm's partnership, effective January 1, 2019.

Solely focused on insurance coverage matters, the firm's attorneys represent international insurance companies throughout the United States.

Jessica Cavallo counsels domestic and foreign primary and excess insurers in complex coverage issues arising under the insurance policies including cyber, data security, privacy, technology, media, and professional and management liability with an emphasis on employment practices liability.

Representing insurance companies at the trial level and on appeal, Jodi S. Green focuses on insurance coverage counseling and litigation, with an emphasis on high-exposure matters involving excess coverage and the Bermuda market, including opioid claims. She is a frequent speaker and author on emerging insurance issues.

Christopher J. Nadeau litigates and counsels clients regarding multiple lines of coverage.  He has significant experience with both traditional and captive insurance programs. His insurance coverage experience includes general liability, construction defect, trucking and transportation, municipal liability, professional liability, medical liability, architects and engineers, toxic torts, bad faith, cyber-risk, technology, data security, and claims management.
