Katherine Mast will be moderating a panel at the 26th annual ABA Section of Litigation Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE and networking conference.

The panel will provide helpful strategies for resolving coverage disputes through mediation, including the steps that attorneys can take to prepare their case for resolution at mediation. New practitioners (or those new to coverage litigation) will find this program particularly helpful. Panel members include: Terrance J. Evans, an insurance-side attorney at Duane Morris LLP, Miles C. Holden, policyholder counsel at Hanson Bridgett LLP, and the Hon. Rebecca Westerfield (Ret.), an experienced neutral at JAMS.
